In 1975, John Maultsby, our founder, wrote programs for Job Costing and Accounting for his own construction company. This software was marketed from 1975 through 1981 by IBM and the ongoing support and enhancement of these programs became the start of Constructive Computing. Our company goal is to provide the finest construction industry software available for IBM compatible personal computers. We have a unique position as an active contractor, using the software daily. After installing and continuously supporting over 10,000 installations throughout the United States and Canada we are committed to providing comprehensive solutions for construction accounting and estimating.
We are not just programmers writing software for contractors. Our support and development staff have all been active in construction and understand your problems and needs.
